TruAmerica Multifamily, a national, institutionally-focused multifamily investment firm, acquired The Falls at Canyon Rim, a 288-unit multifamily property located in South Ogden, Utah, approximately 25 miles north of Salt Lake City. The property offers its residents proximity to northern Utah’s dining, retail, and entertainment venues as well as elevated amenities such as private patios, balconies, and panoramic mountain vista views. The property expands TruAmerica’s holdings to four multifamily assets in Utah.
