Mark Enfield, with 24 years of experience in real estate investment, finance and operations, is the Chief Administrative Officer of TruAmerica Multifamily.
As a founding executive, Mr. Enfield has led the evolution of TruAmerica into a top-tier institutional investment firm bringing best practices and process improvement to all aspects of the company. Most recently, Mr. Enfield played an instrumental role in the structuring and successful capital raise of TruAmerica’s first discretionary, co-mingled fund which closed in December 2021 with $575 million in equity commitments. Mr. Enfield leads TruAmerica’s Western U.S. asset management operations and portfolio management teams. A member of the Investment Committee, he is also responsible for overseeing fund operations, corporate strategy and governance, compliance, risk management and public relations. In early 2014, he spearheaded TruAmerica’s internship program.
Mr. Enfield has devoted time to a variety of charitable organizations and helped raise funds for organizations including Chrysalis and the City of Hope.
Prior to joining TruAmerica, Mr. Enfield was the President of Keystone Real Estate Project Management; Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations for CityView and held management roles at Saybrook Capital, Western Pacific Housing and Price Waterhouse LLP.
Mr. Enfield holds a BS in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the state of Maryland.
